عقد مجلس جامعة كفر الشيخ برئاسة الدكتور إسماعيل إسماعيل ابراهيم، القائم بعمل رئيس الجامعة، وبحضور اللواء دكتور علاء عبدالمعطي محافظ كفر الشيخ، اليوم الاربعاء الموافق 27/8/2025، جلسته الدورية بقاعة المجلس لمناقشة عدد من الموضوعات المتعلقة بالعملية التعليمية والبحثية، واستعراض المستجدات والموضوعات المعروضة على المجلس.
استهل الدكتور إسماعيل إسماعيل ابراهيم، القائم بعمل رئيس جامعة كفر الشيخ، جلسة مجلس الجامعة بالترحيب باللواء دكتور علاء عبد المعطي، محافظ كفر الشيخ، مثمنًا جهوده الكبيرة في خدمة المحافظة، معرباً عن شكره وتقديره لمحافظ كفر الشيخ على دعمه اللامحدود للجامعة، مؤكدًا أن جامعة كفر الشيخ ستظل الذراع العلمي والفكري للمحافظة، مسخرة جميع إمكاناتها لخدمة المجتمع وأبنائه.
وفي كلمته، قدم اللواء دكتور علاء عبد المعطي التهنئة لرئيس الجامعة وأعضاء المجلس بمناسبة المولد النبوي الشريف وبداية العام الجامعي الجديد 2025/2026، متمنيًا أن يكون عامًا مليئًا بالنجاحات والتفوق للطلاب، مؤكداً أن جامعة كفرالشيخ تمثل صرحًا علميًا متميزًا بما تضمه من أساتذة وطلاب ومنشآت متطورة، وهو ما جعلها واحدة من أبرز الجامعات محليًا وإقليميًا ودوليًا.
وأشار محافظ كفر الشيخ، إلى أن الإحصائيات الأخيرة لمحافظة كفر الشيخ تؤكد التقدم الكبير للمحافظة بين محافظات الجمهورية بفضل الإنجازات التنموية والمشروعات الخدمية التي تمس حياة المواطنين، مؤكدًا أن العمل يجري بروح الفريق الواحد بين مختلف مؤسسات الدولة لخدمة أبناء المحافظة، كما أكد علي دعمه المستمر لجامعة كفر الشيخ بإعتبارها الذراع العلمي والفكري للمحافظة، خاصة مع قرب بدء العام الجامعي الجديد.
كما وجه محافظ كفر الشيخ، خالص الشكر والتقدير للدكتور عبد الرازق دسوقي، رئيس جامعة كفر الشيخ السابق، على ما قدمه من جهود وعطاء خلال فترة رئاسته للجامعة.
كما قدم رئيس جامعة كفر الشيخ، خالص التهاني الى فخامة السيد الرئيس عبدالفتاح السيسي رئيس الجمهورية، والدكتور مصطفى مدبولي رئيس مجلس الوزراء والدكتور ايمن عاشور وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي واللواء دكتور علاء عبدالمعطي محافظ كفر الشيخ والسادة نواب رئيس الجامعة وعمداء الكليات وجميع منسوبي الجامعة بمناسبة المولد النبوي الشريف سائلاً المولى عز وجل أن يديم الخير والأمن والسلام على وطننا الحبيب وشعبها العظيم.
كما قدم أيضاً الدكتور إسماعيل إسماعيل ابراهيم، خالص الشكر والتقدير للدكتور أيمن عاشور، وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي، على ثقته الغالية بتكليفه قائمًا بعمل رئيس جامعة كفر الشيخ، موجهاً تحية تقدير للدكتور عبد الرازق دسوقي، رئيس الجامعة السابق، على جهوده المخلصة وعطائه الكبير، مؤكدًا استكمال مسيرة التطوير والتميز.
كما أعرب رئيس جامعة كفر الشيخ عن خالص شكره وامتنانه للسادة العمداء وأعضاء هيئة التدريس والعاملين بالجامعة على جهودهم المستمرة، مشددًا على أن المرحلة المقبلة ستشهد المزيد من التطوير والإنجازات بما يعزز مكانة جامعة كفر الشيخ وريادتها العلمية والبحثية.
أيضا استعرض الدكتور إسماعيل إسماعيل ابراهيم، أبرز الموضوعات الهامة لقطاعات الجامعة، بدايه من قطاع شئون التعليم والطلاب، وقطاع الدراسات العليا والبحوث، وقطاع خدمة المجتمع وتنمية البيئة، لشهر أغسطس 2025 وما تم خلاله من عقد العديد من الفعاليات والندوات واللقاءات .
أكد رئيس جامعة كفر الشيخ، على التكاتف الدائم يدا بيد حتي يظل اسم جامعة كفر الشيخ عالياً دائما بين الجامعات المحلية والاقليمية والدولية، ونسعى أن تكون جامعة كفرالشيخ الأهلية صرح علمي آخر لا يقل مكانة عن جامعة كفرالشيخ الحكومية.
وافق المجلس أيضاً علي:
ــ تعيين عدد 4 أستاذ ــ وتعيين عدد 7 أستاذ مساعد ــ وتعيين عدد 4 مدرس.
ــ منح درجة الماجستير لعدد 32 باحث، ومنح درجة الدكتوراه لعدد 14 باحث.
ــ منح درجة الماجستير المهني لعدد 13 باحث، ومنح درجة الدكتوراه المهنية لعدد 45 باحث.
Key Topics of the Kafrelsheikh University Council – August 2025
The Council of Kafrelsheikh University, chaired by Dr. Ismail Ismail Ibrahim, Acting President of the University, and attended by Major General Dr. Alaa Abdel-Moaty, Governor of Kafrelsheikh, held its regular session today, Wednesday, August 27, 2025, in the Council Hall to discuss a number of issues related to the educational and research process and to review the updates and matters presented to the Council.
Dr. Ismail Ismail Ibrahim, Acting President of Kafrelsheikh University, opened the session by welcoming Major General Dr. Alaa Abdel-Moaty, Governor of Kafrelsheikh, praising his great efforts in serving the governorate, and expressing his sincere gratitude and appreciation for the Governor’s unlimited support of the University. He stressed that Kafrelsheikh University will remain the intellectual and scientific arm of the governorate, dedicating all its capabilities to serving the community and its people.
The University President also extended warm congratulations to H.E. President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Major General Dr. Alaa Abdel-Moaty, Governor of Kafrelsheikh, the Vice Presidents, Deans, and all members of the University on the occasion of the Prophet’s Birthday (Al-Mawlid Al-Nabawi Al-Sharif), praying to Almighty Allah to bless our beloved homeland and its great people with continued prosperity, security, and peace.
Dr. Ismail also expressed sincere thanks and appreciation to Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, for his trust in appointing him as Acting President of Kafrelsheikh University, while extending a tribute of gratitude to Dr. Abdel-Razek Desouky, former President of the University, for his dedicated efforts and great contributions. He affirmed his commitment to continuing the path of development and excellence.
He further extended his appreciation to the Deans, faculty members, and staff of the University for their continuous efforts, stressing that the coming phase will witness further development and achievements that will strengthen Kafrelsheikh University’s position and leadership in education and research.
In his remarks, Major General Dr. Alaa Abdel-Moaty, Governor of Kafrelsheikh, congratulated the University President and Council members on the occasion of Al-Mawlid Al-Nabawi Al-Sharif and the beginning of the new academic year 2025/2026, wishing it to be a year full of success and excellence for the students. He affirmed that Kafrelsheikh University represents a distinguished academic institution with its professors, students, and advanced facilities, which has made it one of the most prominent universities locally, regionally, and internationally.
The Governor also pointed out that the latest statistics for Kafrelsheikh Governorate confirm its remarkable progress among Egyptian governorates, thanks to developmental achievements and service projects that directly impact citizens’ lives. He stressed that teamwork among state institutions is the key to serving the people of the governorate, reaffirming his continuous support for Kafrelsheikh University as the intellectual and scientific arm of the governorate, especially with the approach of the new academic year.
He also extended heartfelt thanks and appreciation to Dr. Abdel-Razek Desouky, former President of Kafrelsheikh University, for his efforts and contributions during his tenure.
Dr. Ismail Ismail Ibrahim then reviewed the most important issues discussed across the University’s sectors in August 2025, including the Education and Student Affairs Sector, Postgraduate Studies and Research Sector, and the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector, highlighting the many events, seminars, and meetings held.
He emphasized the importance of unity and cooperation to ensure that the name of Kafrelsheikh University remains high among local, regional, and international universities, while stressing that Kafrelsheikh National University will also become a scientific landmark no less prestigious than the governmental university.
The Council also approved the following:
Appointment of 4 Professors, 7 Associate Professors, and 4 Lecturers.
Granting of the Master’s degree to 32 researchers and the PhD degree to 14 researchers.
Granting of the Professional Master’s degree to 13 researchers and the Professional Doctorate degree to 45 researchers.
