جامعة كفر الشيخ تستعد للمشاركة فى جائزة التميز الحكومي فى سياق اطلاق المرحلة الثالثة من منظومة الجوائز الداخلية للجامعات

استقبل الدكتور اسماعيل اسماعيل ابراهيم القائم بأعمال رئيس جامعة كفر الشيخ، والدكتور أماني شاكر نائب رئيس الجامعة لشئون خدمة المجتمع وتنمية البيئة، الدكتور سهي سعيد محمد المدير التنفيذي لجائزة التميز الحكومي بوزارة التخطيط، والدكتور عبد الحكيم رضوان الاستاذ بجامعة أسيوط، وذلك لتدريب فريق ادارة جائزة التميز الداخلي للجامعة فى سياق اطلاق المرحلة الثالثة من منظومة الجوائز الداخلية للجامعات، بحضور الدكتور صباح أبو الفتوح عميد كلية التمريض، وكلاء كليات الجامعة لشئون خدمة المجتمع وتنمية البيئة وسفراء التميز والمقيمين.
وخلال اللقاء، صرح الدكتور اسماعيل اسماعيل ابراهيم القائم بإعمال رئيس جامعة كفر الشيخ، أن مشاركة الجامعة فى جائزة التميز الحكومي تأتي في ضوء خطة التنمية المستدامة “رؤية مصر 2030” والتي تقضي بتكوين جهاز إداري كفء وفعال محوكم يساهم بدوره في تحقيق التنافسية وجودة الحياة، وايمانا بدور الحكومة المصرية في تحقيق أهداف التوجه الإصلاحي الذي تتبناه الدولة للارتقاء بمصرنا الحبيبة، وذلك من أجل إحداث نقلة توعية في الأداء المؤسسي عن طريق “جائزة مصر للتميز الحكومي” وذلك لمواكبة التطورات وتنمية القدرات البشرية من خلال وجود جائزة وطنية للتميز الحكومي تشجع التنافس الإيجابي الفعال والبناء وترسيخ مبادئ وقيم التميز في جميع قطاعات الدولة والذي تجني ثماره بلادنا من تقدم وتطور وازدهار ودعمًا للتنافسية المؤسسية والعمل بروح الفريق تأتي فكرة تنظيم مسابقة سنوية للتميز الحكومي ليس فقط على مستوى الأفراد بل أيضًا على مستوى المؤسسات.
ومن جانبها اشارت الدكتور اماني شاكر نائب رئيس الجامعة لشئون خدمة المجتمع وتنمية البيئة، أن جائزة جامعة كفر الشيخ الداخلية للتميز والتى تشمل فئات جائزة أفضل كلية تستهدف كليات الجامعة بالاضافة لفئتي فرق العمل والمبادرة الحكومية الابتكارية وتتم أعمال التقييم وفقاً لنموذج التميز المؤسسي والتى من أهمها: تحقيق الرؤية والتركيز على المهام الرئيسية إلى جانب الابتكار واستشراف المستقبل والحوكمة.
وجاء اجتماع اللجنة لدراسة أوجه الدعم للمتقدمين على هذه الجوائز وإحاطتهم بالتطورات التى حدثت خلال المرحلة السابقة والموافقة على تطبيق منظومة التميز الداخلي بجامعة كفر الشيخ.
Kafrelsheikh University prepares to participate in the Government Excellence Award within the launch of the third phase of the Internal Awards System for Universities
Dr. Ismail Ismail Ibrahim, Acting President of Kafrelsheikh University, and Dr. Amani Shaker, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, received Dr. Soheir Said Mohamed, Executive Director of the Government Excellence Award at the Ministry of Planning, and Dr. Abdel Hakim Radwan, Professor at Assiut University, to train the university’s internal excellence award management team as part of the launch of the third phase of the internal awards system for universities. The meeting was attended by the vice deans for community service and environmental development from the university’s faculties, as well as excellence ambassadors and assessors.
During the meeting, Dr. Ismail Ismail Ibrahim, Acting President of Kafrelsheikh University, stated that the university’s participation in the Government Excellence Award comes within the framework of Egypt’s Sustainable Development Plan “Egypt Vision 2030”, which aims to build an efficient, effective, and accountable administrative system that contributes to competitiveness and quality of life. This also aligns with the Egyptian government’s commitment to achieving the reform-oriented goals adopted by the state to elevate our beloved Egypt. The aim is to bring about a qualitative shift in institutional performance through the “Egypt Government Excellence Award,” keeping pace with developments and enhancing human capabilities by establishing a national award for governmental excellence that encourages effective, constructive, and positive competition, while also instilling the principles and values of excellence across all state sectors—whose fruits will be seen in the nation’s progress, development, and prosperity. To support institutional competitiveness and teamwork, the idea of organizing an annual government excellence competition was introduced—not only at the individual level but also at the institutional level.
For her part, Dr. Amani Shaker, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, noted that Kafrelsheikh University’s Internal Excellence Award includes the category of “Best Faculty” targeting all university faculties, in addition to the categories of “Team Performance” and “Innovative Government Initiative.” The evaluation process is conducted in accordance with the institutional excellence model, which emphasizes several key pillars: achieving vision, focusing on core tasks, innovation, future foresight, and governance.
The committee meeting aimed to discuss ways of supporting applicants for these awards, brief them on the developments from the previous phase, and approve the implementation of the internal excellence system at Kafrelsheikh University.
